VMC3030 can not factory reset

When I go to device on app hit arrow it appears to be trying to find camera. I have tried to factory reset to no avail. Other 2 cameras work fine,

This is the original Arlo camera? (the one that uses 4 CR132 batteries)?

 

If so, I believe that the published factory reset procedure in the KB article won't actually work with that camera model.  Have you tried removing/reinserting the batteries?

 

Also, you can sync those cameras w/o using the app.  Have you tried that?
