attempting to grant access to another account in the family. the “add” button on the top right is greyed out and cannot be clicked, so I cannot invite anyone as a friend.
Have attempted on ios and on desktop (my.arlo.com) and both have the same issue with the greyed out, unclickable “add” button.
iOS app (Arlo Secure: Home Security) is updated to the most recent version as of 12/20/23 - version 4.11.1

grant access tab itself is clickable and showing.
UI is the "Library" UI
the "add" button is neither a button nor a link and cannot be clicked.

Are you certain you are using the primary account (the one to which the cameras were installed)?
Your symptoms sound like you might be trying to share from a "friend" account.
