My video doorbell looses connection every 2 weeks. I have removed it and resynched it now 3 times. I have a strong Wi-Fi signal and my other Wi-Fi cameras work fine and stay connected. I am so disappointed with this device and wish I never purchased it. Has anyone had similar issues and have any suggestion. Thank you.

How often has this happened? If this consistently has happened multiple times every two weeks, it could be an issue with the device.
