arlo video door bell photos that are stored in the library disappear

my new video door bell notifies me that I have motion. When I try to look at the photos that are stored in the library they disappear. My other cameras allow me to review the photos stored in the library. What is causing this to happen?

What do you mean by "they disappear"? They were there but then are gone or never were there in the first place?

The library will indicate that I have 10 photos saved but when I touch the number to view the photos they are not there. My other cameras show library photos stored for 7 days, each listed by the day.

I'd start by removing and resyncing that camera to see if that helps.

Arlo Video Doorbell requires a subscription to an Arlo Smart plan for recordings to be saved in the library. Do you have an active trial or paid Arlo Smart plan?
