Moved into a house with Arlo doorbell. It is not connecting to the app when I try to scan the QR code. There is no way for me to reach a live person without a subscription. I can't get a subscription without a device...
Can anyone help me?

The original owner needs to remove the doorbell from his account before you can set it up.

I have the same issue. Previous owner says that the wires doorbell is off of their account, but I still can’t sync to the camera. I can’t add the camera, and therefore I can’t purchase a subscription to talk with someone

I tried resetting multiple times no luck.
Because we needed a security system while we are gone, decided not to support this company because of how our experience has been. I was totally going to get one of these for mom too but once again after this experience, we bought a different option.
