How do I enable the free 3 month subscription. I do not see anywhere how to activate. Thanks

It should have enabled automatically when you first installed it. Did you remove and resync it? Maybe that's why it's gone.

I did as it wasn’t working based on the transformer not being strong enough and had to replace. Working great but no free trial? Any suggestions

I believe that if you ever removed the doorbell from your account for any reason the 3 month trial also goes away, even after resyncing it. I may be wrong on this but I think it's true. You can verify this one way or the other by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

The Trial should remain on the account regardless of whether or not the doorbell was removed.
