I setup the Arlo Video Doorbell recently and so far everything works normally except for one thing. I setup the device on my iPhone and created my own account. I then sent an invite to my wife to add her as a “friend”. She created her own account, and setup the app on her iPhone as well. I granted her Admin access so she has the same privileges as myself. The only difference at this point is that when someone rings the doorbell, my device is the only one that gets the rich notification style alert. She receives other types of motion alerts, but not the rich notification when the doorbell is pressed. Is this an issue, or expected behaviour?

nsg88,
An Arlo Smart subscription is required to receive rich notifications. Because she is logged in on a different account, she will receive standard push notification alerts.
