So I bought 3 pro 3 cameras (with solar panels) and a video doorbell on February 28th. I was able to install the cameras myself but finally got the doorbell to be installed by an electrician on June 7th. Turns out the video doorbell is faulty and doesn't recognize the power input. But because it was past 30 days I can't return it. It doesn't matter if it was a faulty product sold and shipped in the middle of a pandemic, your problem once you buy it. Anyone else have issues with Arlo's return policy and lack of customer service?

RossM11,
Your doorbell has a one year warranty that should cover any out of the box issues. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
