I recently installed two Arlo Video Doorbells. They have been recording tons of movement - people coming to the doors, entering and exiting the house and cars driving by. Oddly enough, the front door camera missed two FedEx deliveries. I found packages literally in front of the camera with no recording of the FedEx person leaving them. I have recordings of me picking them up and bringing them inside the house. How is it that the FedEx guy didn't show up?

WMarder1,
Was the doorbell disarmed at that time?

Hi James,
I think that what happened was that (somehow) the activity zones got changed and the delivery guys may have walked to the front door without entering a live area. I deleted the zones and it worked with a UPS guy this morning. Thanks for your response.
