Help!
I purchased my Arlo Wired Doorbell, had it installed by an electrician then sold my house. The new owner did not want the doorbell so she gave it back to me! I figured I’d use it on my new house.
However, I did contact Arlo beforehand to mention that there was now going to be a new owner & to clear our info on the acct so the new owner could call & register under their name!
So now I can not get anyone to help me nor can I get any info from my app that has since been cleared! I do not qualify to speak to a live agent (not sure why?) & the customer service chat only responds the way it was programmed & can not think out the box! Ughhhh! 😡
I need to talk to a live person to hash all of this out or I’m going to be forced to toss my Arlo!

will the doorbell be found when you try adding new devices?
