answered doorbell no video

My phone rings when someone rings the doorbell but then it's just a grey screen, very frustrating im paying for the subscription and no one to talk to where is the support! Thinking of leaving, the whole point is so I can talk to someone and all I get is a grey screen

if someone would call me or I could speak to someone or even email, but no customer support whatsoever that I could find

No one is going to call or email - you have to initiate the contact. You've done that here but you can also use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your doorbell. Scroll to Contacts to see what official support says.

Just looked I do not have those options on my app

Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may help. Do you see Library to view recordings or Feed? A screenshot of Settings may be useful.

Yeah when I go to feed I can see the video, I just can’t answer it. I’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling, in the meantime here’s a pic of settings and then the options available, doesn’t let me email directly just takes me to support page

Are you pressing "Support Center" on this screen?

Yes I’ve got a subscription and yes when I press support centre just takes me to that page that I put up I’ll attach again, it just has faq’s no one to talk to
