After following set up instructions and the troubleshooting instructions, the doorbell will not scan QR code. (My other Pro-4 cameras are working)

I have tried everything in the posts on this board and nothing works! My QR code is as big as it can get on my iPhone pro 11. Frustrating!

I agree.

You could try resetting the doorbell: https://kb.arlo.com/000062346/How-do-I-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Video-Doorbell

FWIW, you can also generate the QR code using https://qifi.org/  Then print it, and try scanning it instead of the phone screen.

If your router lets you disable 5 ghz wifi, then try doing that while onboarding.  Of course make sure the phone is connected to your home wifi.

RESOLVED! When resetting your device, make sure the battery is charged and inserted into the device. Then using the Arlo pin, do the reset. The LED lights will give you a rapid flash vs a slow pulsing flash. Proceed with set up. My QR code scanned this time.

Arlo, you need to update your troubleshooting processes.
