cant share base station with family member

I bought a SD card and cannot share the base station with my wife unknowingly this was an issue..kind of frustrating as she is unable to view any recordings and this is an issue for her.  Any ways around this?

At the moment, a subscription is the only way for a shared account to see videos via the cloud recordings.

You could just give her your account credentials to view the local recordings. You are not allowed to have more than one login session open at the same time though.
