The pro 3 charger is identical to the ultra (and the cable is also identical).  Also, both cameras use the same battery.

I made a mistake what I meant to say will the Pro 2 charger charge the ultra camera I know the wires different

I haven't tried charging an Ultra with the Pro2 charger.  The Pro2 power output @ 5 volts is 1.8 amps - a bit less than the Ultra charger (which is 2 amps).

Pro 2 charger on the ultra camera seems to be working okay

it will work fine but only slightly slower charging.
