We just setup our Arlo cameras since we moved to our new home 6 months ago. I noticed that the cameras are only producing still images when motion occurs. I learned how to adjust the video recording in the Mode, and I quickly learn that it’s set to “Do nothing” and the option to “record video” is ‘greeted-out’ so to speak, or doesn’t allow me to select it, rather. Everything is updated since being back online. Why is this? Picture attached.

Also log into the web portal and make sure the cameras are linked to your subscription there. This is the problem I had after the iOS Arlo app updated. Once I added it back through the web portal I haven't had a problem since
