Unable to log into website or Arlo app - login timeout errors

As the title says, I'm unable to log in to the app or the account with login timeout errors. Have tried multiple computers, phone and clear cache. Nothing works. Would love to have the chance to email support and see if they can fix, but since this is the only option, I'm here for help.

On the phone, does it work on cell service but not WiFi?

Appears to be working finally. Had the same issue on a web browser as I was having on the phone on the app.
