I need help, i cant login to thr app, it says unknown error

i already deleted the app and installed it again, didnt work

i have the same problem on my ipad

Reinstalled Arlo app after phone was stolen app states 

UNKNOWN ERROR when I log in 

have tried everything . Deleted app turned off home in settings to iCloud 

nothing works 

please help me

I am trying to log in and can do so on my PC but cannot on my iphone.  It allows me to log in but then requests verification but will not allow me to select any of the verification methods on the screen and effectively freezes.  Any one had similar issues?  How do I resolve

Hi, I haven’t been able to sign into my account and view any footage or app today. When I sign in it seems as if it’s about to sign in then says unknow error has occurred. This is right after it was saying new sign in detected or new phone. It is the same phone I have always used. I have tried logging in via browser which I can access my account but can’t view camera or footage

@Danielpodo Can you provide a screen shot of the error message. 

 

Is this with an Android or iOS device and what is the app version?

Hi.   Ive got a login.  But when i try to login to the website I don’t get past the login screen.  Customer service in the UK is non existent. Can you only use the app now!

my.arlo.com should still work.

 

Have you tried

  • clearing the browser cache?
  • using a different browser?

no still say s the same, have deleted and reloaded app, have charged cameras fully have re booted main station and all is connect says UNKOWN error when you try and log on , please can you assist
