Has anyone here experienced issues with recordings recently? All our cameras (with active subscriptions) have no recordings for the past 4 days (from 22 May 2020). On a normal day we get hundreds of recordings but for some reason nothing comes up in the library. We tried to do a reset/restart but nothing works.
I was looking for somewhere to lodge this complaint but I cannot find anything on the website other than the chat which appears to be frozen and not working. Please help.

Did your trial subscription run out?

I have an active subscription...not the trial one.

Then it should be recording. Have you
