Hi there, i have 2 arlo ultra camera's and an upgraded account to record 4k movies. Since some time 1 of my camera's stopped recording in 4k and is only recording in 2k. I hope that you have an answer for me ?..

If you haven't you can reset the cam by removing and reinsert battery if that doesn't work try removing cam and add again.

Have you checked that both cameras are under the Elite 4k plan in your subscription settings assuming your trial ran out.
I have had cams get knocked out in the past for some reason.
