Under my library, there is no longer an option to view smarthub or cloud recordings.

What version of the app are you using?  Also, is the device Android or iOS?

 

There was a bug in the Android app related to this, but it was fixed a few weeks ago.  So make sure you are running the latest.

 

Also try restarting the base.

I'm having the same issue as of today after applying the latest updates.
Fortunately, I still have my Cloud trial but my Ultra Smarthub is not accessible any longer

Thanks. I had to reinstall the app to get it resolved.

I've had this happen occasionally. A force close of the app and then reopening it has always fixed it.

What a pain! The app could definitely use some better UI/UX and testing
