VMB5000 has a solid Blue light and is on internet.

When running app on iPhone, it will not find hub

Hi keeaust,

 

Make sure that you connect your SmartHub to the router before you connect your SmartHub to power. You can read here to learn how to troubleshoot: Arlo can't discover my SmartHub or base station during installation; what do I do?
