Can anyone help Just upgraded to arlo ultra 4K (2 cameras and new base station vmb5000na) I originally had the arlo camera set up with the free 7 day recordring I have deleted all previous cameras and base station and installed new base and 2 cameras On the box it says 1 year free arlo smart When I try to sigh up I only get the option for 1 months free I have tried 2 new email address as new set up but still the same I purchased the kit from America but using in the Canary Islands I contacted Arlo and was advised to try to set up in the US account but I don’t get the choose of location when setting up using the iphone app. Can anyone advise Thanks

You are eligible for the included 1 year free plan in the location in which you purchased the kit. In this case, the 1 year free plan can only be applied in the US.
