1 out of 4 4k ultra cant take screen shot

My arlo ultra camera.
1 of the 4 does not have the little camera option to take a picture.
Where can I change these settings?

If you have 4K livestreaming enabled on that camera, then disable it.

Also, check the subscription status.  Manual recordings and snapshots require a subscription.
