Ultra recordings will not play back recordings on my iPhone

My Ultra will not play back recordings. Hit the play button and nothing’s happens. Rebooted the iPhone and nothing changes. Any suggestions?

All the latest and have Xs with 12.2. Ended up rebooting the base and Ultra camera.  It seems to all work now but the 2 videos still do not play.  My other non Ultra cameras never had a problem.  Maybe it’s fixed now.  Thanks.

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app downloaded and installed from the app store? What model iphone and what OS are you using?

Is any kind of error message displayed when you try and play those two videos?
