can not connect to the smarthub . Tried to get connection from PC but seems impossible.

Define cannot connect to hub. Is the hub plugged into power as well as via Ethernet to your router? What is the LED showing? When you try to claim the hub with the app, what happens? Have you tried the reset process by holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber?

Hub is powered and cabeled to router, Led is stable blue. tried app on my phone s. searching for new devices... no result. Same when i use my desktop.
