I'm trying to turn my Arlo devices (base and cameras) on but when I go to settings or devices I can't get the on/off light to turn them on.  I've turned the WiFi on and off but it doesn't help. It appears I have two green lights on the base.

Do you have a VMB4000 series base station, look at the label on the bottom.

Which LEDs are showing and what colour?

What camera model do you have. Look in the battery compartment for the label.

You can try power cycling the router modem and Base station equipment allow time for them to complete booting for each.
Same for the cameras, pull battery for 10sec to reset.

Also, the fact that you have only 2 green LEDs on the base would seem to imply that the base needs to be reclaimed to your account.

If this is the case, you need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh as if a new system.
