Searched and did not find answer to my problem. For last 3-4 weeks, I place a cell call out and everytime the Arlo pro 2 connection terminates. This never happens when I receive a phone call. I am using Verizon service on a Samsung S9+ smartphone. Thanks for any help.
I had the same thing happen to me this morning. Went out to the car and received a person notifications. Really glad it's now working but wish Arlo would have acknowledged that there was a fault with it so I didn't have to waste so much time with support.
I am experiencing this issue using the App on my Samsung S8 + phone.
Please note: I am in Australia. Firstly, is the Arlo Smart Feature available for use for Australians ? The subscription for Arlo Smart was successful. Therefore is it an App issue or simply, the service is NOT available for Australians in spite of money paid for the subscription?
Same here! Since the update it will record but not send notifications at all.
I have tried everything from rebooting to uninstalling and nothing works.
The Arlo Smart Feature is available in Australia. Could you try checking through the web client to see if you're experiencing the same problem and to see if it's an app-only issue?
Yes, everything is up to date. My current version is 2.6.4_23200 which was released 11/26/18. It is ONLY the one camera that I had set smart services on. The other 3 work perfect.
