Recently changed bank and unable to update new bank details. How to update for subscription?

We have recently changed banks and Arlo is the only recurring charge that I am unable to figure out how to update to our new bank details. Can anyone help? I'm in Australia.
I have tried to follow the instructions, login via a computer (not IOS), click settings, then subscription nut I can't even find subscription???
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It should be on the menu on the left hand side of the screen - between "grant access" and "buy add-ons and accessories".
