Received an email - Save 40% on Arlo Smart Premier / Add advanced features to up to 10 cameras for only $5.99/month (reg. $9.99/month). Offer ends November 22, 2019.
I signed up but my Account shows only 1 month at discount. Next Bill is for full price. Reached out and spoke to a customer service rep who said the correct price would reflect on my account shortly but looks like the issue was never resolved. Instead of seeing the promotional price of $5.99 / month for smart premier I am seeing the non promotional price of $9.99 / month.
The support staff was unable to resolve this issue the first time I called. Please reopen this ticket and resolve this matter properly this time.
