How do I trigger my Arlo Pro 2 camera to turn on my Arlo Light (placed near my camera)?

How do I trigger my Arlo Pro 2 camera to turn on my Arlo Light (placed near my camera)?  The instructions I've come across on the web site are confusing.  Says I need to "Add a Mode" and name the mode.  What would I name the mode--e.g., Arlo Light? or something else.  Any help you can give this newbie about making the camera (when it senses motion) turn on the light would be much appreciated.  I'm getting a headache trying to figure this out.  Thanks.

so when you create a custom mode, you go back and edit to add a rule to turn on light
