I have seen this problem multiple times on the site, but I can't get a hold of anyone other than by posting. I need to re-trust the device that I use. I bought a new phone and am running multiple cameras. Please assist.

Can you try this workaround:
1. Login to arlo account using email or SMS 2FA
2. Go to 2FA
3. Remove previous trusted device
4. Log out
5. Uninstall the app * important step
6. Reinstall the app * important step
7. Login and trust
