VMB3000 cant get app to locate device

bought these 4 cameras for cheap, have them hooked up to internet and cameras synced just cant get the app to locate the devices. and help?

First, the devices need to have been removed from the original owner's account before you can add them to your account. You may also want to hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green power and Internet LEDs while the Camera LED should be off or solid amber. Claim the base first and then add the cameras.

Hello, I have the same model and the same issue.

I have done all you suggested.

When I go into my account it does not show any devices, unless I don't know where to look?

It only asks me to add devices then can't find my base....so frustrating....the whole system just stopped working!
