My auto renewal for a year began 12/31/23 but the renewal is showing on 9/28/24. I have made no changes to my plan at all in years.. Why am I suddenly losing 3 months that I paid for?

My renewal is still showing Sept 28 can you please correct to Dec 31. Someone reached out and said it was a glitch and would be corrected but that was over a week ago.
