Not receiving verification email

I've been signed out of my app for 14 days now. I am not receiving the verification email to login on android app, web browser or apple app. I have gone through every troubleshooting step with a support team member and every app update since has been useless! I am still receiving the billing emails, though, so at least I know I'm being charged for a service I can't use! Also receiving Arlo Support and Arlo Team emails. Why not the verification email? Can anyone suggest something new to try?

Do you receive an email if you press the forgot password tab and enter the email?

No, I do not receive that email either. I do receive every other email from Arlo just not the important ones.

I have already spent an hour on hold and 45 mins with one of your support team members, twice.

Same here. I talked to Dexter in support and he came back and said it's on Arlos end and they are aware of it and are working on it. I say BS on that. I had to create another account just to be able to contact the support center. Meanwhile I can't access my cameras and need to change my payment method because the card I have stored with Arlo was hacked and I need to load a new one. I receive all Arlo emails except the verification email. Help.
