Cameras no longer recording

Our cameras are no longer recording feed. We had two older ones that we did not require a subscription for to record feed and two newer ones that require a subscription. The two older ones no longer record as of today. Please inform what is happening?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the older cameras?
