No recordings despite subscription and Chat didn’t help. Virtual assistant always appears to have problem sending code to email. Worst experience

You can't even log in issue on the Arlo Chat support App - If you choose Base station as the option, then there is NOTHING in the sub menus to choose so how are you supposed to log an issue to get help with ?  Arlo has gone 100% downhill.   You used to be able to speak to a human.

Do you have a subscription? I can chose my hub and get support but I have a sub which is now required.
