Hello, Yesterday our Base Station stopped saving videos to the Library. I saw that this is a reoccurring issues in the last few years. I followed the list of To Dos--reboot, shut off, add again, etc. It caused such a problem it damaged one of our USB-port charging, cameras (VMC2030). We tried add this camera again, but the Base Station won't recognize it now. My spouse has us signed up for a subscription for a while now. Help!!

Can you explain this bit a bit more? None of the troubleshooting steps you listed require connecting anything to the camera USB port.

Nothing is wrong with the USB charging! I was differentiating between the camera that won't pair anymore and the battery-operated cameras we have! The Base Station won't pair with the camera anymore. That's the damage.

Did you try resetting the camera? You do that by holding down sync until the camera LED blinks amber 3 times (about 15 seconds).

Yes, we repeatedly followed the steps to pair/sync. Won't do it still.
