Hi, I cancelled my subscription to Arlo (Outdoor camera) in July but am still getting charged.  When I log in, it says I have no plan.  But still getting charged and cannot for the life of me get hold of anyone in Support.  Anyone from Arlo listening here?

I actually have the exact same issue Ive been charged 5 dollars a month and haven't had the Arlo since mid July.  When I try to make contact with a chat.  The automated chat tells me im not a important enough customer to speak with a representative.
