Cannot log in to my arlo secure app

Hi

I'm using a Samsung S22 ultra and my arlo secure version is 4.0. 4.28512

I tried this morning to log in to my app but I can't. 

When I fill my email and Pwd nothing happens. 

I reset my Pwd but still nothing.

Hi there

Issue has been solved !

I had to log in to the arlo web portal and modify the 2FA verification method.
The 2FA was selected on my previous phone model and not my email.
I selected the email and then i could log in with the app and confirm my new phone as a secure device.

now it's working.

What happens when you press login after entering Email/Pw manually? DO you have a screenshot of the error message?

I fill my login / pwd manually

When i press connect i have the loop in the middle saying it's working and then few sec it comes back to the login portail

I can log the my web portal and have access to my cameras.

I just got an update from Samsung. 

Now I'm on OneUI 5.1

Unfortunately I still have the issue.

I made a fresh install of Arlo app and I have the same issue.
