Try restarting the phone and putting it in airplane mode. Launch the app, and then take the phone out of airplane mode after you get the internet connection error.

Hello!
I have an invited member of my Arlo whose app freeze. She is overseas and until a week ago Arlo app stopped working properly for her - after being all good for 2 months.
She can log in, and then the screen stays on the logo with all blue background. Nothing happens after that.
She tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turned off and on the iphone. Deleted all the traces of the app from the Setting - iPhone storage and then reinstalled…. Still the same.
Same on her tablet.
I sent her a new link with another email address, still doesn’t work.
Can anyone help please?

Did you try the workaround?
- Restart the phone
- put it into airplane mode
- launch the app, and wait for the internet connection error
- take the phone out of airplane mode, and log in.

I have always had the arlo app on my Iphone until last week. All that comes up now is the blue screen with the arlo logo at the top. It will not move off of this. I have deleted the app and added it back and still the same thing. Went to the ATT store and they couldn't help me and said to contact Arlo.

Try this:
- restart the phone
- put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
- launch the app and wait for the internet connection error
- take the phone out of airplane mode
You should then be able to log in.

Unfortunately didn't work. I turned off the phone. Turned it on. Put on airplane mode. When I tried to download the arlo app it said I needed to turn on wifi. I did that. Reinstalled the app and it's doing the same thing. Just doesn't make sense.

I didn't say download the app in airplane mode.
Try the procedure again, with the app installed, making sure both wifi and mobile data are disabled when you launch the app.

Yesterday I tried it but didn't work.
Today I tried it and worked as before. It seemed to be OFF for a while. My iPhone is iPhone12.
I did as follows;
Airplane mode to ON and I also set WIFI to OFF manually.
Wait for the error (internet connection error) and an error display disappeared quickly.
Turned off Airplane mode and WIFI to ON.
Now the display shows login screen so I was able to login.
It's working since I logged in.
