Does anyone have a solution to this issue. customer support is zero at Arlo so I have to ask the community. my wifi password does NOT have special characters, I am using the new Arlo app. the camera chimes but then can't find my iPhone which is right next to the camera. I had this issue when I first bought the camera and now I have changed internet providers and the problem has resurfaced. any help is appreciated.

It seems like user error on my part. I was entering my wifi incorrectly; should have been all caps but I was using some lower case letters as well. I think that was the issue.

this isn't possible; I have only one network I trust. I think it's the camera. It's garbage.
