Getting different video than my camera. Not getting video I'm supposed to get?

I get a completely different video than my camera should give ( both alarms and live). And I’m not able to get the video I’m supposed to get. I have only this one camera and only this listed under my devices. What’s wrong? And who’s getting my video?

Nothing wrong after all. I turned out I had over zoomed the image. I wasn’t aware of that option . Now OK

Not sure what is going on but you should start with changing your password in case your account is compromised. Also try removing the cam add it again.
