Device not being detected for Arlo Q

I recently had to unplug and move my Arlo Q camera and now it won’t resync and the app won’t discover it. I’ve tried numerous times over the past week. The first time, everything was fine and now, nothing. It’s not shown anywhere on the app, I follow the steps, have unplugged it and plugged it back in. Just really frustrated as I’ve only had it a month and it’s the only camera I have.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Factory reset. Press the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber.  Sync again normally.

Thanks! I see a reset hole, or something, but no button...?

Inside the hole is a button. Use the end of a paperclip.
