Arlo Q Will Not Sync

I am attempting to add a 5th Arlo Q to my network which already has 4 other Arlo Q's synced and running normally. I get to the step where I hold the QR code in front of the Arlo while the blue LED is blinking, and it will not chime/sync.
I am certain that my iPhone is on the same network, and that the network name and password are all correct. I'm familiar with the process since I've done it several other times. Tried the factory reset and it did not change anything.
How else can I get the camera connected if it won't recognize the QR code? Is this camera dead on arrival or is there a problem with the new Arlo app update I just installed this week?

I guess you could try a computer browser or a different mobile device to see if that works. Seems like you've tried the usual stuff. A swap at the store may be in order.
