Arlo Q Installation, cannot activate

I am running an Apple system and currently use the Time Capsule for my Wifi connection. I am unable to activate my Arlo Q cameras. Is their a solution in place in which I could install my cameras today?

I'm not familiar with Time Capsules but it could be an SSID or passpharase issue.  Make sure you don't use non-allowed special characters in either or the connection will fail.  There's an FAQ here about that - check it out.

If necessary, you can try enabling the guest WiFi capability if TC supports that.  A WiFi extender may be useful if it's something about the TC but I'm skeptical that it would help.
