download more than one video clip at a time

How do I save multiple videos at the same time.  It only download 1 video at a time even with the sellect all button enabled.

Hey @dpham2005,

You can download multiple videos from the library by clicking/tapping on "Select" on the top right-hand corner. Then you can choose videos that you would like to download and click/tap on "Download."

@JessicaP, I suspect this is browser-specific. I can verify this happening on Chrome but not Firefox.

Hey @jguerdat,

It looks like it's working fine on my end. Try to check the pop-up blocker to make sure you allow pop-ups from https://arlo.netgear.com.
