arlo pro vmc4030 subscription problem

I have tried for the last 2 days to upgrade to a Premier Subscription and I receive "Billing provide server unreachable" both on my Android and my PC. I would like to sign up for a Premier account, Can you help?

Try power cycling the base first. If still a problem, open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
