I can view videos for their full recorded length on my PC, but via the Android app I only can watch the first 7 seconds. Then it gets stuck with the "Buffering..." message indefinitely.

I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, but no change.

This applies to all videos on all cameras.

Anyone have any ideas? It's been over 24 hours since the first and only reply.

 

It used to work correctly, but has been getting stuck buffering at 7 seconds for a while now.

Have you tried restarting your phone? You you watch any other streaming videos on your phone, like you tube for example?

Yes, I have restarted my phone - no hcange.

 

Yes, I can stream other live and recorded videos with no buffering or glitches.

Do you have any other Android device you could test to see if you experience the same behavior on a different device?

Yes, tested on Samsung tablet - same issue, just plays for a few more seconds (10 or so) then gets stuck buffering indefinitely.
