How To Delete The Password Feature?

Hi, is it possible to deactivate having to enter the password every time I access the app? Thanks

As long as you're not actually logging out you shouldn't need to log in every time. Simply swipe/background the app instead of logging out.

Hi, thx. That is exactly the problem. I never log off and have to use my fingerprint or pw every time, whixh takes to long, if I want to e.g. talk to the mail guy quickly.

Try reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone.

Have you tried disabling the fingerprint login? No  other ideas so open a case with support here.
