Grant Access email not being received

I've tried adding my wife under grant access by sending her an email. However the email is not going through and I've tried it 3 times. The email I listed is correct and there is also nothing in the junk folder. Any solutions?

ok worked when I sent to my sons email. Weird since we both had gmail accounts. All good for now

rkdagunner,

 

It sounds like the email provider may be blocking the email. Try sending to a different email address and see if you still get the same behavior.

I only have two emails so tried sending it my email I use for the my main account. It still didn't come through. Can I add another user without this email method?
